We stayed at this hotel for one night before our cruise, and while the pool was enjoyable and the shuttle to the cruise port was convenient at $6 per person, we had quite a few issues that dampened our experience. The hotel is hard to find, and the parking garage is cramped and smells unpleasant. Additionally, wait times for the elevators were frustrating, taking a good chunk of our time. Overall, I think the hotel needs quite a bit of improvement.
